Outreach Program Now Accepting Requests

The Carlisle Barracks Spouses’ Club (CBSC) is now accepting requests for the Fall 2016 disbursement of our 2016-2017 Welfare funds. Each year the CBSC provides financial assistance to deserving organizations within Carlisle Barracks and the greater Carlisle community. Regional and national organizations are also considered in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the CBSC Constitution, By-laws, and the Outreach Committee.

Organizations requesting funds are required to submit the CBSC Outreach Application.  Please download and save the application form, complete the form in its entirety, and submit it via email to csbscoutreach@gmail.com no later than October 28, 2016.  Completed requests will be reviewed and processed by the Carlisle Barracks Spouses’ Club Outreach Committee, who will notify each applicant of its determination in mid-November.

Should a grant be awarded, the recipient must later forward receipts and/or confirmation that the grant was used in accordance with the applicant’s application. The CBSC Outreach Committee must receive verification within 45 days of the event/utilization of awarded funds. Additionally, the applicant agrees to return any funds not utilized in support of the original request. Compliance with these procedures will maximize CBSC’s ability to provide community support and will keep the applicant in good standing for future outreach requests from our organization.

If you have any questions, please send them to me at cbscoutreach@gmail.com.  We look forward to hearing from your organization.

Very Respectfully,

Heather Conkle
