PROJECT SHARE provides lunch to volunteers BEFORE shift commences. Lunch is served PROMPTLY at 11am; shift begins PROMPTLY at 11:30am. If you are not interested in eating lunch, you can arrive at 11:30am. If you are NOT having lunch, please let RESERVATIONS know via email (cbscreservations1@gmail.com) AFTER you’ve confirmed your reservation on EventSmart.

• Jobs will be assigned by PROJECT SHARE once all volunteers are present.

Toys for Tots Holiday Party Sorting Service Project

CBSC is putting the SERVICE in SERVICE ORGANIZATION at Hope Station (149 W Penn St, Downtown Carlisle) on Thursday, November 30. We’re sorting toys provided by Toys 4 Tots from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm. In order to maximize efficiency, we’d like you to sign up so that we can better manage our work force. Please sign up for either of the 2-hour blocks–or BOTH! If you can’t make either block, but can spare an hour during that time, come on down! All CBSC members are welcome. Santa won’t turn away any volunteer elves.

Along with sorting toys, CBSC has also offered to provide baked goods for Hope Station’s annual holiday party. Please bring your donation of cookies and cupcakes (homemade or storebought) with you on Thursday, November 30.
